MAPLE LIFE FINANCIAL WELCOMES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Bethesda, MD, November 8, 2004—Maple Life Financial is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon Taylor, MBA, CIA, CPA as Chief Financial Officer.
“Gordon has a proven track record of successfully leading financial organizations in multiple industries,” said Nate Evans, President. “We are pleased to be adding someone with Gordon’s experience and qualifications to Maple Life Financial’s leadership team.
Gordon has over 17 years of financial management and accounting experience. Prior to joining Maple Life Financial, Gordon served as CFO for BenefitNation a Bertelsmann company. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Congressional Quarterly. Gordon holds BS degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from West Virginia University, and earned his MBA from Averett University. In addition, Gordon is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
