| > | We will conduct a comprehensive background investigation of each life settlement agent submitting life settlement transactions and of life insurance policy owner(s). | |
| > | We will conduct a thorough life settlement application review process, searching for inconsistencies, alterations, material misrepresentations, and compliance with state and federal requirements where required etc. | |
| > | We will audio-record telephonic interview with the owner of the policy for his/her understanding of the transaction terms and conditions. | |
| > | We will report all fraudulent activity to state and federal authorities. | |
| > | We will rigorously pursue restitution and damages for any fraudulent activity. |
