A license/authorization is not required to broker a life insurance policy owned by a resident of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, DE, DC, ID, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NM, NY, OR, RI, SC, SD, VT, WA, and WY.

Iowa Life License (1 yr) w/ Regis. or Settlement License

Kentucky Life License (1 yr) w/Registration or Settlement License
Louisiana Life License or Settlement License
Maine Life License
Maryland Life License and Settlement Registration
Mississippi Settlement License
Montana Life License (1 yr) with Registration or Settlement License
